COTTAGE : Description

It is a functional and pleasant mobile home with all the necessary comfort for a great holiday.
According to the model, it has a surface between 26 and 33m² and for the “Cottage Espace” a surface from 34 to 40m². Our Cottages can welcome 2 to 6 persons; have 2 or 3 rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, with or without air conditioning (in the living room).

It is installed on a plot of approximatively 200m² and has its own private parking place.

It has:

• a pleasant living room including a central or panoramic lounge.
• an equipped kitchen with cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, crockery and cookware
• one or two bathrooms and separate WC
• 2 or 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and the other rooms with 2 single beds. The duvets and pillows are provided regardless of the Cottage’s category.
• a covered paved or wooden terrace, with garden furniture and deckchairs

PRIVILEGE : Description

The Privilege is a welcoming and ideal mobile home for the entire family. It is equipped with modern equipment, which brings more comfort to the hiring than the Cottage: air-conditioning, flat screen television, dishwasher and barbecue or plancha.

Depending on the model, it has a surface between 27 and 33m² and for “Privilege Espace” from 32 to 40m².
For 2 to maximum 6 people, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, and 1 or 2 bathrooms.

All the Privileges are installed on a plot of approximately 200m² and have a private parking place for your car.

They all have:

• a pleasant living room with air conditioning including (in the living room) a central or panoramic lounge.
• an equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, crockery and pots and pans with dishwasher
• one or two bathrooms and separate WC
• 2 or 3 bedrooms, with 1 bedroom with a double bed and the other rooms with 2 single beds. The duvets and pillows are provided regardless of the category of the Cottage.
• a covered paved or wooden terrace, with deckchairs and barbecue or plancha.

PREMIUM : Description

The Premium is the largest and most luxurious of our rentals.
It is equipped with hotel services that will allow you to spend an excellent unencumbered stay and enjoy your vacation right after your arrival: air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine or dishwasher, plancha or barbecue, sheets and towel kits provided, the beds are made on your arrival, end-of-stay cleaning done by us and the Wi-Fi connection is offered.

Depending on the model, it has an area between 33 and 40m².
For 2 to 7 persons maximum, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, and with 1 or 2 bathrooms.

They have: 

• a large, welcoming, bright and air-conditioned lounge, with a central or panoramic living room. 
• an equipped kitchen with cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes and cookware, washing machine OR dishwasher.
• one or two bathrooms and separate WC.
• 2 or 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160cm and the two other bedrooms with 2 single beds. Duvets and pillows and linen are provided.
• a covered, paved or wooden, terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as barbecue or plancha.

The Premium 6/7 is the largest and most luxurious of our Cottages.
Modern and very recent, these Cottages are under 5 years old. With a surface of 38m² and more, for maximum 7 persons, the mobile home is installed on a private parcel of about 200m² and has its own parking place.
